Sponsored Products spend is pacing above target. Two ASINs are gaining ranking while margin remains positive. Inventory coverage is below threshold for one top seller.

Platform

Built for repeat Amazon operating work.

Sailwyn connects the day-to-day metrics sellers need to manage ads, product economics, and inventory decisions.

Advertising performance

Track campaign, keyword, target, placement, search term, and product-level performance across Amazon Ads profiles.

Profitability analysis

Combine sales, fees, settlement data, product cost, shipping cost, and advertising spend into margin-focused reporting.

Inventory context

Review FBA stock, inbound units, listing status, and product-level constraints before increasing spend.

Controlled automation

Budget and bid optimization runs only with explicit seller approval, configurable rules, and a full audit log of every change.

Amazon authorization

Sellers stay in control of their data access.

1

Connect Amazon store data through Selling Partner API authorization.

2

Connect Amazon Ads data through Login with Amazon authorization.

3

Review connected marketplaces, advertising profiles, sync status, and access health.

Sellers do not share Amazon passwords, client secrets, or API credentials with Sailwyn. Authorization can be revoked through Amazon or by contacting our support team.

Security

Designed around least-privilege access.

Our first release focuses on non-PII business, advertising, inventory, listing, and financial reporting data. Write actions are limited to advertising budget and bid updates and sending Amazon's standard review requests for eligible orders — each requires explicit seller approval and is fully audit-logged. Buyer names, phone numbers, addresses, shipping labels, and tax invoice data are not part of the product scope.

Token protection

Authorization tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown in the user interface, reports, or logs.

Tenant separation

Seller accounts, advertising profiles, sync jobs, reports, and operational logs are separated by account.

Auditability

Account access, authorization changes, sync activity, and every budget or bid change are logged with account, timestamp, actor, and result details.

Data use limitation

Data from an authorized Amazon account is used only to provide the service to that account. It is never sold, shared with other customers, or used for any unrelated business purpose.
